1) Financial Strategy

Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement the company's financial strategy, ensuring it aligns with the organization's long-term vision and growth objectives.

2) Financial Planning and Analysis

Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts, budgeting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making and performance optimization.

3) Financial Reporting

Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including management reports, board presentations, taxes and compliance with regulatory requirements.

4) Risk Management

Identify and assess financial risks, developing appropriate risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets and financial stability.

5) Capital Management

Optimize the company's capital structure and manage cash flow to support growth initiatives while maintaining a strong financial position.

6) Financial Compliance

Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.

7) Team Leadership

Mentor and lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. An MBA, CPA, or other relevant postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience as CFO or in a similar financial leadership role.
  • Fluent in English language.
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software systems (e.g. SAP).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in agile financial management.
  • Strong financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to Manage organization of key client projects. you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resources availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the clients.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Job Requirements

  • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
  • Proven working experience as a project Manager in the information technology sector.
  • Experience in AutoCAD / Shop Drawing is preferred.
  • Flexible willing to relocate within Egypt.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Very Good command in English (Spoken - Written)
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
